One thing on your “bucket list”: Be a grandmother.
What’s your favorite comfort food? Cheese and smoked fish.

In 5 words or less, why do you work to make the co-op a reality? Community, Wellness Education for Everyone
Your signature dish and how did you learn to make it: Italian Wedding Soup. I learned to make this from my mother, who learned from my grandmother. The best part is spending time with the family rolling all those tiny meatballs.
One of the first things you’re going to buy when the co-op opens: “Grab and Go Food” from the hot/cold bar! Now that we are empty nesters, I can’t wait to be able to zip out to The Community Market and pick up delicious healthy local foods for meals and snacks from The Community Market.
